With an accurately rectified horoscope, we can examine not only health issues but also any other events in a person’s life, both past and future.
Let’s look at a very interesting and illustrative example. This man made the biggest financial mistake of his life: he purchased a plot of land intended for the construction of a multi-unit residential building. The deal turned out to be fraudulent. He ended up in legal battles with neighbors and was unable to build anything. Ten years later, he sold the land, losing about one million euros in the process.
What do we want to see in our predictive method for the date of this deal? Indications of an unprofitable land purchase, legal disputes, dishonest partners, and an unprofitable business, since the land was bought as a business project.
The date of the deal was March 5, 2008.

On this date, we see the closest applying aspect: a square between the Moon and Venus. This aspect becomes exact on March 20. It is the nearest applying aspect on the date of the deal, making it the most significant indicator of the nature of this transaction.
Now, which house combinations are involved in this aspect (among others)? If you’re familiar with Western astrology, the meanings of these houses will be clear to you (нere, the interactions between the houses are considered in a negative sense, as the aspect is tense):
Beyond these indicators, the aspect also includes a formula for illness and a danger formula, but I won’t analyze them for our purposes here.
Had this man already been working with an astrologer in 2008 and consulted them before making such a significant financial decision, the astrologer would certainly have advised against this deal. They would have suggested waiting at least until March 21, when the aspect would no longer be applying, and then reevaluating the situation. By that time, additional details likely would have emerged that would have prevented the purchase.
Let’s also examine the man’s horoscope—specifically, his local chart for the place where he lived and where the deal was made. We see that the square aspect between the Moon and Venus is present in his horoscope. The Moon is located in the 12th house, the house of deception and unclear circumstances, while Venus is in the 4th house, which includes real estate matters. This means we see the recurrence of this aspect in both the local chart and the progressions. These are known as milestone aspects.
When such an aspect appears in progressions, it demands particular attention, as it signifies highly significant life events.
This case study clearly demonstrates the importance of consulting a professional astrologer before making major financial decisions (or any other important life decisions).
