They would have suggested waiting at least until March 21, when the aspect would no longer be applying, and then reevaluating the situation. By that time, additional details likely would have emerged that would have prevented the purchase.

Let’s also examine the man’s horoscope—specifically, his local chart for the place where he lived and where the deal was made. We see that the square aspect between the Moon and Venus is present in his horoscope. The Moon is located in the 12th house, the house of deception and unclear circumstances, while Venus is in the 4th house, which includes real estate matters. This means we see the recurrence of this aspect in both the local chart and the progressions. These are known as milestone aspects.

When such an aspect appears in progressions, it demands particular attention, as it signifies highly significant life events.
